Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build a fulfilling, balanced life. Bringing many years of experience, I utilize evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Techniques to address the unique needs of each client.
I specialize in working with clients struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and significant life transitions.
My approach is rooted in compassion and collaboration. I strive to create a non judge-mental, supportive environment where you feel truly heard and understood. Together, we’ll explore the underlying issues impacting your well-being, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies to manage symptoms and improve your overall quality of life.
